I make educational picture books for children—I write, illustrate and design them.
I like to combine education with play and humor. Picture books suit this purpose perfectly! I am fascinated by the design process—searching for the best graphic form for the content I wanted to share. I like using illustrations to show what cannot be written and vice versa. I like to put the finishing touches on graphic and typographic details. I like to think about the book as a whole.
I am a graphic designer by profession, I graduated in 2012 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in Maciej Buszewicz's Book Design Studio and Lech Majewski's Publishing Design Studio. Immediately after graduation, I started working with Wydawnictwo Dwie Siostry.
From time to time I also like to get involved in side projects (murals, sculptures, wooden toys, unconventional workshops for children, etc.), which allow me to try something new and meet people around the world.
I spend my free time mostly in nature—hiking, sailing or freediving. I live and work in Warsaw, Poland.

Currently, I am pursuing a KPO for Culture grant for the project “Modernization of the artistic workshop of a children's book creator”.
During the project, my creative workshop will be enriched with freshly oiled tools: Procreate, ProcreateDreams, InDesign (advanced level), Figma and several AI tools.
The fellowship project has been funded by the European Union NextGenerationEU.
